1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the flowPM project management application and related services (the "Service"), operated by flowPM ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
flowPM provides workspace, project, and task management tools, including collaboration features and optional paid subscriptions. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. Notify us promptly at info@flosta.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate laws or third-party rights
- Upload malware, spam, or abusive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Reverse engineer or scrape the Service except as permitted by law
- Use the Service to host or distribute illegal material
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the content you upload and share with collaborators.
6. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (Stripe) according to the pricing shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel through your billing settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, design, and branding, is owned by flowPM or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand assets except as needed to use the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or prolonged inactivity. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends; we may delete data after a reasonable retention period consistent with our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, flowPM AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100) IF YOU USE A FREE PLAN.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
